1. Creative Services & Custom Work
Because our branding, storytelling, copywriting, UI/UX designs, content strategies, and digital production services are custom-tailored to each brand's specific creative roadmap and involve dedicated studio hours, we do not offer refunds once work on a milestone has officially commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Kickoff Deposits
Upfront kickoff deposits are non-refundable. They secure specialized studio capacity, block time in our creative calendar, and cover initial exploratory research, moodboarding, and competitive strategy stages.
3. Contract Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement under terms specified in the custom client contract. In the event of early termination by the client, they will be billed for all completed studio hours and milestone deliverables up to the date of written termination notice.
4. Tangible Brand Products
If you order physical print assets, brand catalogs, or customized merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at +91 9654915339. We will arrange a replacement or store credit for the item.
5. Commitment to Client Success
We pride ourselves on helping brands stand out. If you are dissatisfied with a project milestone or creative output, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with our founder. We will collaborate to revise and refine the work within the project's scope bounds to ensure the outcome meets our strict standards of excellence.
